We are always promised more safety when the government wants to take away our freedoms. Facial recognition and fingerprint/palm recognition will keep us safe. A digital border wall will keep us safe and fix the border crisis (this will be used to lessen the pushback from Trump supporters).
The problem is, none of these "solutions" will work when the government is corrupt and run by people (or controlled ostensibly by people) who want total control. Technological solutions do not solve corruption. That must be rooted out before we fix anything.
Let's speculate a bit. The food supply of Western countries is at risk because most farmers are close to 50 and above. Japan 68.7 is the average age. Due to the old age dependency (meaning most of the population is in or approaching retirement age) - one might wonder - who is gonna do all the work to prop up the economy - hmmm millions of immigrants, robots, automated systems .., Birthrates are being kept as low as possible (even among immigrant populations) via endocrine disruptors, engineered poverty, abortion, vaccines (and yes, ivermectin n'friends). There is no real effort to boost birth rates but there is a very real effort to exterminate the elderly. This all seems to add up to one thing - stabilize population numbers. Once achieved, the only way to maintain it would be required birth limits and age limits.
It doesn't matter where you live, the same thing is happening in Europe. We have been saying it for several years, money is going to disappear, and everything will be done over the internet so that you don't have to move. Agenda 2030 is being fulfilled little by little and people don't realize it.
This has nothing to do with political parties. Whoever thinks that a politician is going to come and save us is wrong. Politicians, or presidents, do not govern anything, it doesn't matter what party they belong to, they will do the same because those in charge are higher up. As long as we continue to argue among ourselves, they will do their job, dividing us and pitting us against each other like ignorant people. This is what has always happened in history.

Controlling the food supply is an even better way to control the people than is digital surveillance.
I live in California and recently the DMV has been removing services from their offices. They are pushing people to use the internet more and more.

Correct. People need to stand up together and say "we do not comply". That is our only hope when there is so much corruption.
